The rise of Bitcoin

What are your thoughts about this form of currency? I've only started using it today and so far the system seams to be pretty st8 forward, except maybe for the fact that it's a bit confusing on how one is suppose to earn any of these coins. Other then that, I think it's a great concept/idea. Opinions?
